RETURNS

1. You have 14 days from receiving the package to inform us about the return here: https://forms.gle/cd35g8yDSFMhvp4c7

2. After that you have another 3 days send us the returned goods.

3. For return from Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Czechia and Slovakia please use following link: https://rmp.dpdgroup.com/021/UndressCode The courier will pick-up the parcel and will bring the return label. The cost of this service is €9.

4. For shipments from other European Union countries (except Malta and Cyprus):

Please write us a message on whatsupbabe@undress-code.com and we'll send you the label (€9 cost for you) to return the package via courier services.

5. For shipments from USA

To return items please click on the link below and follow the steps

Once you enter all the details, you will receive two return slips.
The return form needs to be placed inside with garments which will be returned. The return label needs to be visible on the outside of the box. There will be a deduction of $10 for a return.

6. For shipments from other countries we will ask you to send us the return yourself to the following address:

If you send us the parcel by yourself we will have to deduct import procedure costs (between 10 and 15€) from your refund.

7. The refund will take place within 5 days of receipt of the goods.

EXCHANGES

Shipments from Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Czechia and Slovakia:

1. An exchange is very similar to the refund process outlined above. Just fill out the return form, select Exchange and choose the type of product you want to receive: https://forms.gle/cd35g8yDSFMhvp4c7.2. Use the following link to return the original product with DPD:https://rmp.dpdgroup.com/021/UndressCode.3. No printer is required as the courier driver will bring the shipping label upon collection. All you need to do is package your item and wait for the courier to collect it.
4. We'll deduct an exchange fee of €9.
5. As soon as we receive the original product, we’ll send you the new one in the size and color you prefer. 

Shipments from other European Union countries:

2. Package the item you want to exchange and use the UPS return label.
3. We'll deduct an exchange fee of €9.4. As soon as we receive the original product, we’ll send you the new one in the size and color you prefer.
