Summer Sale Promotion Terms & Conditions
§1. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions set out the rules of the "Summer Sale" promotional campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion").

The Promotion is available:
- in the online store at www.undress-code.com and its language versions,
- and at the Undress Code physical boutique.
The Promotion is valid from 22 June 2026 at 9:00 AM (CEST) until further notice.
The Organizer reserves the right to end the Promotion at any time.
§2. Summer Sale Terms
The Promotion applies to selected products marked as Sale.
Promotional products are available both in the online store and at the Undress Code boutique. Product availability may vary depending on the sales channel.
Products included in the Promotion are displayed with promotional prices.
The range of products included in the Promotion may change during the Promotion period.
The Promotion remains valid until further notice or while stocks last.
§3. EXTRA10SS Discount Code
Discount code: EXTRA10SS
Validity period:
27 July 2026, 8:00 AM (CEST) – 2 August 2026, 11:59 PM (CEST)
The discount code:
- provides an additional 10% discount,
- is valid only for products marked as Sale,
- cannot be used on full-price products,
- cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts or discount codes,
- is applied to the current promotional price of the product,
- is valid both in the online store and at the Undress Code physical boutique.
§4. Returns and Complaints
Participation in the Promotion does not affect the Customer's statutory rights.
Returns of products purchased as part of the Promotion are subject to the Store's Terms & Conditions.
In the event of a return, the Customer will receive a refund of the amount actually paid for the returned product.

Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt.
§5. Final Provisions
These Terms & Conditions are available throughout the duration of the Promotion.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions for valid reasons, provided that such amendments do not affect rights acquired by Customers before the amendments take effect.
Matters not governed by these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the Store's Terms & Conditions and the applicable provisions of Polish law.
These Terms & Conditions enter into force on 22 June 2026 at 9:00 AM (CEST).
